Zarzales Rosado

D.O. Cigales

Grape Varieties: 70% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha, 20% Verdejo, Viura and Albillo.

Selected from the best grapes from the Cigales Area (Valladolid)

After exhausted ripeness controls, the grapes are harvested. Under a very hot and dry climate, we obtain a grape with perfect sanitary status.

A light film maceration is carried on for a couple of hours to obtain a more pretty colour and more intense and complex aromas. After, the clean most is cold fermented for 20 days.


Precious red berry colour, clean and bright.
Aromas of great intensity: fresh fruit and red berries. On the palate is fresh, full and with a pleasant finish.
