This is a wine created exclusively from the Tempranillo grape variety that come from vineyards more than 50 years old. The grapes with the highest quality for structure and character go to elaborate this ‘crianza’ wine. After stripping and pressing the grape it is sent to stainless steel tanks where a cold film maceration is carried out at 15ºC for 48 hours with the objective of obtaining the maximum potential from the primary aromas. The must obtained is fermented with a yeast selected from the cellar at constant temperature of 28ºC for 7 days, prolonging the maceration 10 days, more to obtain a better concentration of tannin and to improve the structure of the final wine. After the final fermentationthe wine is placed in new and used American oak barrels where it will stay for at least a year.
