A wine created exclusively from the Tempranillo grape variety from 25 years old vineyards. The grapes that are used in the making of this wine are rigorously controlled for hygiene standards, quality, acid content and pH value. The youngest grapes are used to make this wine for their capacity to produce fruity aromas. A film maceration is carried out at 15ºC for a period of 24 hours to obtain the maximum potential from the primary aromas. After it is fermented in stainless steel tanks between 18ºC and 22ºC for 10 days.
Dressed in a beautiful, very bright cherry red. On the nose red fruits combine with a smooth contribution of vanillas and roasted aromas. On the palate it appears fresh, with a good acidity and pleasant when swallowed, good structure. Pleasant and long-lasting end.
