D.O. Ribera del Duero
Ribera del Duero D.O. is blessed with a combination of terroir, microclimate and a indigenous grape (Tempranillo) that allows us to produce superb, complex red wines. Due to our altitude, Tempranillo grapes grown with thick skins and with a refreshing acidity that enables us to produce delicious young wines like this rosé.
The grapes used in the production of this wine are carefully controlled throughout the elaboration process. Once destemmed and crushed, a light cold film maceration takes place at 5ºC for 6 hours to get the full potential of primary aromas. They will then ferment in stainless steel tanks at 18°C for 10 days.
