It is a wine elaborated with Verdejo and Viura varieties coming from our vineyards in the Duero area.
The Viura grape confers citric aromas that contribute to the freshness of the coupage.
The Verdejo grape contributes with aromas of just cut hay.
The Verdejo and Viura grapes are harvested in its best optimal maturity conditions. A very slow smooth pressing is carried out with pneumatic presses and then the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC. With the obtained wine we made a coupage that combines the structure and aromas of the Verdejo with the freshness of the Viura grape.
