Selected from the best Tempranillo grapes cultivated in Duero area.
After exhaustive controls of maturity, the grapes are harvested in the second week of October.
Under a dry and warm climate we obtain a grape with a perfectsanitary condition.
Cold maceration during some hours to obtain a fancier colour and more intense and complex aromas. After this process the clean most ferments in cold temperatures for 20 days.
